"Vacancy Management Application" is very user-friendly
Internet based application that is for use by consultant companies
to post online vacancies to their existing web site. Use the instructions
mentioned below to integrate VMA to your web site. |

application has mainly two sections |

| BACK
OFFICE APPLICATION |
| |
| This
is to be used by Consultant companies to update current vacancies
on their web site. |
| To
start working with Back Office application, follow the instructions
given below |

Click on the back office link, which is sent to you by email. |
| |
Login using the user id and password, which
is sent to you along with your back office link. Remember
that these are case sensitive. |

To add the back office application to your browser favorites |
| |
In Internet Explorer, go to Favorites menu and click
on Add to Favorites. |

In Netscape, click on Bookmarks button and click on
Add Bookmark. |
| Hint:
To work with back office application in the future, you can
simply select the favorite from your browser. |

| JOB
SEEKERS SECTION ON THE WEB SITE |

| This
is to be used by job seekers to search for vacancies and post their
resume. You need to create a link in your web site to allow candidates
to search vacancies. Follow the instructions given below to create
this link. It is however strongly recommended that you ask your
webmaster or solutions provider to follow this step for you, unless
you are very competent with web design tools. |

Choose a Link name for example 'Jobseekers click here'
or 'Candidates click here' or 'Search jobs' to be assigned
to the link. |

Open the web page (preferably home page) where the link has
to be placed in a suitable editor like Front page. |
| |
Place the following HTML code in appropriate position on the
web page.

In the above code, Replace the Your
web site link with the link sent to you as 'URL
for Register & search from web site'

Upload modified page to your site through
